Andover Public Library has a variety of tax forms available for its patrons. You can get the Pennsylvania Forms online: Pennsylvania forms, and the Ohio tax forms have not yet been mailed to us but will be at the Library eventually. Ohio Income Tax Forms may also be downloaded online. All of the state booklets are too long to print out at the Library, but we will allow printing of the blank tax forms as needed until the printed ones arrive.
